The South Bank

This was my first time in London in a decade, and I used my time to explore the South Bank of the Thames. With only 20 hours in town, there wasn't time for much. A walk along the Thames, a pint at a riverside pub, Cornish pasties, a look at Shakespeare's Globe theater, Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hinde, an evening visit to Tower Bridge,  then it was back to The Walrus Bar and Hostel for some much needed rest. Now, onward to Paris!
